Your home's sensors, switches and gadgets, on hardware you own

Smaht Edge runs on a Raspberry Pi (or any small Linux computer) in your home. It brings your sensors, relays, Home Assistant, UniFi and Pi-hole together, keeps your data at home, and keeps working when the internet does not.

Download Smaht Edge How to install

Yours, at home

Your readings, devices and settings live on your own hardware. Nothing leaves your home unless you link to Smaht Cloud and allow it.

Sets itself up

One installer: it picks a name, creates its own certificates, and finds your devices on the network. No network administration.

Works with what you have

Home Assistant, UniFi, Pi-hole, IFTTT, your own scripts through a local API, and Smaht's own boards and device agents.

Smaht Cloud is optional

Link your Smaht Edge to Smaht Cloud to see it from here: whether it runs, which version it has, and how healthy it is. The link is outbound only — nothing on the internet can open a connection to your home — and each kind of data has its own switch on your Smaht Edge. Unlink at any time, from either side.
